Wonderful flower arregement and customer service
I purchased the deluxe version, and both the flowers and the size of the arrangement were beautiful. I was delighted to receive such excellent and fast service and support via email regarding some specific requests and questions about delivery and the card message language, since I was in another country and wanted to send a gift to someone special. Everything went smoothly.

Underwhelming
I've never had any issues with orders until this year. Sadly, this bouquet was very underwhelming to say the least. The bouquet received was not like the picture, despite opting for the "Large/Premium" option at the highest price point. It was quite small, and frankly, not worth at all what was paid. I am a semi-frequent customer and will continue to be, but I am just not happy with this order at all.
