Flowers good, service poor
Ordered online 9/5 from the funeral section of the Flower Den website. The order form didn’t ask for any info about the funeral, so I put all the info in the notes section. A few minutes later I got an e-mail addressed to my deceased loved one (upsetting), saying the flowers would be delivered that Thursday afternoon, when I’d noted the funeral would be held Monday AM at 10. They finally showed up at 9:55...
