Underwhelming
I've never had any issues with orders until this year. Sadly, this bouquet was very underwhelming to say the least. The bouquet received was not like the picture, despite opting for the "Large/Premium" option at the highest price point. It was quite small, and frankly, not worth at all what was paid. I am a semi-frequent customer and will continue to be, but I am just not happy with this order at all.
