Delivery Information

Local Delivery

Local delivery includes the following Northern Virginia areas:

• Fairfax
• Lorton
• Springfield
• Annandale
• Arlington
• Alexandria
• Falls Church
• Burke
• Oakton

Orders placed for delivery outside our local delivery area will be wired to an affiliate florist located closer to the delivery destination.

Local Delivery Charge and Same-Day Cutoff Times:

• Same-day orders must be placed before 12 PM EST (Monday-Friday).
• Sunday funeral orders must be placed no later than 12PM EST Saturday.
• For late funeral home and Sunday funeral deliveries, call 1-800-223-3361.

Domestic Delivery (U.S. & Canada)

Orders placed outside our local delivery area will be wired to a local florist in the destination region. Please review the following details:

• The minimum order for delivery is $39.99.
• Sunday deliveries are for funeral homes only. Home deliveries are not available on Sundays.
• Most deliveries (excluding holidays) will be completed before 5 PM. In some cases, deliveries may arrive as late as 7 PM.
• If the recipient is not home, the driver will decide whether to leave the product at the door or return it to the shop.
• After two failed delivery attempts, the customer and/or recipient will need to pick up the arrangement from the local flower shop.
• Timed delivery requests are only available for funeral services and weddings.
• For funeral orders, please schedule delivery at least 1 hour prior to the service.
• If the delivery address is a hospital, military base, or secured facility, please include relevant instructions in the delivery comments.
